- Total Simon Sinek ripoff. If this book has an editor s/he needs to be fired - the numerous grammatical and punctuation errors almost made me put it down. Bathla basically takes Sinek's research in "Find Your Why" and dumbs it down to a fourth grade reading level. Easy reading if you just want a primer on the topic, but if you want to really study your "Why," you need to stick with the original.

- The narrator continually leaves out words, uses cadence that doesn't match punctuation. Changes cadence at the wrong times. Changes conjugation of words. Is basically impossible to listen to.

- This book is a great reminder of the simplest things that we often don’t pay attention to. It was intriguing to know the difference between final why and intermediate why. Though the book raises enough motivation, but also supports the argument based on author’s research on the subject. Already bought copy for my younger brother. I’m sure he will love it.
