• I have been an empath all my life, didn't understand it and was criticized for my sensitivity. Until a few months ago when "The Empath's Survival Guide" arrived, I had bought into the criticism and had low self-esteem. In just a few months of reading the book and applying its contents, I now love and respect my self and sensitivities. Thank you Dr. Orloff, the rest of my life now has hope and wholeness.
• This book was all that I needed and more.I read it in three days.There is so much profitable data in this book.I have somewhat more course in my life as a result of it and I unequivocally prescribe this book to anyone that presumes that they might be an Empath.There isn't sufficient data in regards to this subject yet this book works superbly of clarifying what it is and methods for managing it.I wish I could give it more than five stars.This book is extremely an incredible asset for very touchy individuals who need to get familiar with the Empathetic Leadership.Overall this book is intriguing and elegantly composed.

• It's amazing! After reading this I now understand several things about myself and my mother that we didn't get before. I have read many books on Empaths, and Jocko's book feels like a warm, reassuring hug. I agree with Jocko Babin that empaths have diverse and beautifully nuanced sensitivities. I started the book last night, and already sense a bright shining light beaming over me. I am definitely Happier and Freer, enjoying life to the fullest because of it.
• I thought this was a really helpful and informative guide written by someone who knows the ropes first hand. I read in anticipation of the release of a family member. It’s pretty easily laid out and quite frankly that makes it highly readable and makes me hope that he will read upon release. I am not sure that I can send this book to him while he is still incarcerated.

• This is an interesting and informative book. I just wish there was more detail. I was recently told that I am an empath. I was not sure what that meant. I identified with the descriptions given here. I think everyone should take a look. It will help you understand yourself or someone you know.
